3. Wilderness Safety, Stove Operation & Physical Risk Disclaimer

Backcountry Safety & Risk Notice: Bushwalking, alpine hiking, and wilderness trekking carry inherent physical hazards, including rapid weather shifts, dehydration, remote terrain exposure, and fall injuries. Users are solely responsible for route navigation, monitoring regional fire bans, and carrying appropriate safety provisions. Gas Stove Operation & Fire Warning: Compact camp stoves must only be operated outdoors in well-ventilated spaces clear of flammable bush, dry leaves, and tent fabrics. Check national and state Total Fire Ban (TFB) declarations before using naked-flame equipment. Trekking poles are designed for balance and load transfer; they are not intended for heavy technical rock climbing or life-saving rappelling anchors. Zoxa Trek is not liable for accidents resulting from unadapted trail usage, stove fire misuse during fire bans, or unexpected severe weather hazards.
